US Data Centers, October 2026
September activity was led by another wave of large-scale campus approvals, construction milestones, and power-backed development across Pennsylvania, Texas, Ohio, Iowa, Kansas, Utah, Colorado, and Georgia.
The month also highlighted how project scale continues to grow alongside increasingly complex power strategies. Several campuses are now being planned around multi-gigawatt generation, behind-the-meter infrastructure, or large utility commitments, while satellite imagery continues to provide a clearer view of which projects are actually moving into construction.
