Sailfish Digital Ventures plans 5GW data center park spanning 2,600 acres near Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas

- Sailfish Digital Ventures (SDV) has announced an ambitious project named Comanche Circle, a data center park covering 2,600 acres in Tolar, Texas, approximately 45 miles southwest of Fort Worth. The development will comprise nine campuses, collectively delivering up to 5 gigawatts (GW) of power. The first phase includes five campuses with a total capacity of 3.2GW, featuring a mix of on-grid and behind-the-meter power solutions emphasizing sustainability through natural gas generation, solar energy, and potentially small modular reactors (SMRs). The initial 600 megawatts (MW) of behind-the-meter capacity is expected to be operational within 24 months, with the remaining capacity phased in by late 2027 or 2028.
