Ryan Companies shifts from 2 million sq ft industrial plan to $687 million data center in Eloy, Arizona

- Ryan Companies has revised its initial plan for a 2 million-square-foot industrial development in Eloy, Arizona, opting instead to develop the Southwest Crossing Data Park. This new project entails constructing a three-building data center complex totaling over 855,000 square feet, with a capacity of 400 megawatts, on a 122-acre site at the southeast corner of Houser and Estrella roads. The development is expected to generate approximately $5.6 million in direct taxes annually and create more than 4,800 direct construction jobs. The Eloy Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval for the necessary rezoning to accommodate this project.
