- NorthPoint Development has unveiled plans for 'Project Hazelnut,' a substantial data center campus within the 3,000-acre Humboldt North Industrial Park in Hazle Township, Pennsylvania. The proposed development encompasses 1,283 acres and includes 15 buildings, to be constructed in three phases: the first five buildings commencing in Q4 2026, the next three in Q1 2028, and the final seven in Q2 2029.
