- PowerHouse Data Centers, a division of American Real Estate Partners (AREP), has partnered with Louisville-based Poe Companies to develop a 400-megawatt (MW) hyperscale data center campus in Louisville, Kentucky. The first 130 MW of capacity is expected to be available by October 2026.
