The facility is designed to deliver over 800,000 square feet of data center and tech space, with a total power capacity of up to 540 megawatts (MW). The campus aims to support cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and high-capacity, low-latency optical networks, serving as a central hub of connectivity within the expanding South Dallas data center cluster. Construction is set to begin in the first quarter of 2025, starting with a 7,500-square-foot, 2 MW facility.
