Proposed 1.9 million sq ft data center campus near Atlanta

- RSC Investment Management has filed a Developments of Regional Impact application with the Georgia Department of Community Affairs for a project named the Stonewall Tell Data Center. The proposed campus is to be located along and to the east of Stonewall Tell Road, south of South Fulton Parkway (SR 14) in Union City, southwest of Atlanta. The development is planned to encompass 1.9 million square feet (176,700 sqm) of data center space, with completion targeted for 2033. Further specifics about the project have not been disclosed.
