CRG and Related Midwest will develop the Illinois Quantum & Microelectronics Park, a 128-acre innovation hub on Chicago’s Southeast Side. The first phase, delivering by 2027, includes 1M sq. ft. of lab and research space anchored by PsiQuantum’s 300K sq. ft. operations center, a cryogenic cooling facility, and a Quantum Research Center. Supported by nearly $700M in incentives, the project is part of a 400-acre master plan that also features a 1 GW-capacity data center.
