Amazon’s 2 million sq ft Keystone Tradecenter building, once a distribution center, is being retrofitted into a data center, speeding up construction. Generators are now being installed, highlighting rapid progress toward a 2026 activation for Building 1. The retrofit from a warehouse is allowing Amazon to accelerate the build faster than a typical data center project.
