Microsoft has signed a $9.7 billion, five-year agreement with Iren to lease 200 MW of GPU capacity powered by Nvidia GB300 chips. The deployment will span Iren’s Horizon 1–4 data centers at its 750 MW Childress, Texas campus. Together, the four facilities will deliver 200 MW of liquid-cooled infrastructure, coming online in phases throughout 2026.
