The Millard County Commission has unanimously approved a rezone for a 4 GW data center campus at McCornick Rd, Delta, UT 84624, to be developed by Joule Capital Partners with CAT dealer Wheeler Machinery. The project will be powered by a fleet of Caterpillar G3520K generator sets with supporting equipment and include 1.1 GWh of battery storage. Construction is expected to begin in 2026, positioning the site among the largest planned U.S. data center developments.
