Spanning 750K sq. ft., the project will include two towers with 275 apartments, 150 hotel keys, 350K sq. ft. of office, and 40K sq. ft. of retail. Designed by Lamar Johnson Collaborative, the development will integrate hospitality, residential, and workspace amenities across an entire block.
