Joule has officially broken ground on its 12 GW AI data center campus in Millard County, Utah, with Phase 1 delivering 1.6 GW across six buildings by Q4 2026. Satellite imagery from Nov 25 shows early site clearing limited to the ceremony area, with large-scale clearing yet to begin.
