German autonomous vehicle developer Holon has committed approximately US $100 million to build its first U.S. production facility at the EastPort Exchange Industrial Park in North Jacksonville on a 40-acre site. The facility is planned at around 585,000 sq ft and is expected to break ground in April 2026 with commissioning in the second half of 2027.
