BLP Industrial Park

Event information

Bridge Logistics Properties, a subsidiary of Bridge Investment Group (BRDG), plans to develop an 83 acre industrial park in South Fulton, Georgia, near the intersection of Fulton Industrial Boulevard and Campbellton Road. The project is expected to total roughly 1.7 million sq ft of logistics and warehouse space, larger than Atlanta’s Lenox Square Mall, requires rezoning approval from the City of South Fulton. Construction would proceed through 2027 with completion targeted for early 2028.
