Lincoln Property Co. and Kairoi Residential have topped out Waterline, a 74-story, 2.7 million-square-foot mixed-use skyscraper in downtown Austin. Now the tallest building in Texas at 1,025 feet, Waterline includes 26 office stories (700,000 sq ft), 33 residential floors (352 units), a 13-story hotel (252 rooms), and retail and amenity space. Construction began in September 2022 and is scheduled for completion in 2026.
