STACK Infrastructure has begun construction on its 1 GW+ Stafford Technology Campus at 196–344 Eskimo Hill Rd, Stafford, VA, planned to include 19 buildings totaling 5.8 M sq ft. Satellite imagery from Oct 9, 2025 confirms site grading completed with a defined building pad and perimeter access roads for the first building, while site clearing is underway for the second. The campus will draw committed power from six 300 MW substations supplied by Dominion Energy, positioning it among the largest planned data center developments in Virginia.
