Inspired by Somerset Development has begun the second phase of Bell Works Chicagoland, a $200M redevelopment of the former AT&T campus in Hoffman Estates, IL. The full buildout will deliver 1.6M sq. ft., including 1.2M sq. ft. of office, 60K sq. ft. each of retail and conference space, plus 164 townhomes. The current phase adds 430K sq. ft. of office, 35K sq. ft. of suites, and 70K sq. ft. of retail, with completion expected by late 2026.
