Zenith Volts has secured approval from the Chaves County Commission for a large-scale data center project in Roswell, New Mexico. The development will dedicate 300 acres within an 8,500-acre site and is planned to support at least 1.24GW of power capacity. The project will feature integrated power solutions, including on-site solar, natural gas backup generators, modular solar-thermal hybrid systems, a 250-acre battery energy storage facility, and geothermal cooling. Full operations are targeted for November 2027.
