Starwood Digital Ventures is developing Project Tamarack, a $12B, 2.16 GW grid-connected data center campus in the West Columbia area of Mason County, West Virginia. The project is certified under the state’s HB 2014 microgrid and data center program and will use closed-loop cooling and existing Appalachian Power/AEP infrastructure.
