Coweta County commissioners approved Project Sail in a 3-2 vote, clearing the way for an 829-acre data center campus with 9 buildings totaling 4.34M sq ft and roughly 900 MW of planned capacity near Welcome to Sargent Road and Wagers Mill Road. The project, led by Atlas Development, carries an estimated $1.7B investment.
