A previously undisclosed 1.5 GW data center project in Clifton Township, PA—one of the largest filings YTD with capex expected to exceed $14.2B—has now been linked to NE Edge, a developer with a track record of pursuing hyperscale infrastructure across the Northeast. While the project outlines over 35 facilities, local zoning hurdles remain; Covington Township supervisors will hold a key hearing on July 24 to consider a data center zoning amendment.
