EdgeCore Digital Infrastructure has committed $17 billion to build a 3.9 million-square-foot, 1.1+ GW data center campus at Shannon Hill Regional Business Park in Louisa County, Virginia. Powered by Rappahannock Electric Cooperative and Hyperscale Energy, the project promises significant tax revenue, job creation, and community benefits with sustainable, water-efficient cooling.
