Aterio’s latest satellite review confirms construction has begun at Project Dorothy 3A in Whitney, Texas, a joint venture between Soluna and Applied Digital (51% ownership). Phase 1 includes approximately 75 MW gross capacity and 50 MW of critical IT capacity on a 397-acre site, with ChronoScale as the intended tenant and GPU deliveries expected in February–March 2027. The full Dorothy 3 campus is marketed at up to 300 MW.
