Point Tupper Data Center Campus

EverWind announced a planned 420 MW data center campus in Point Tupper, Nova Scotia, Canada, with an estimated investment of US$5.64 billion. The initial 95 MW phase is targeted for late 2027, followed by a conditional 325 MW expansion in 2028. Anthropic has signed a long-term lease agreement for the initial phase.
