Paducah AI Data Center Campus

Brookfield and NextEra Energy are developing a $100 billion AI data center campus at the former DOE Paducah Site in Western Kentucky. The phased project will support up to 1.8 GW of utility capacity and 1.2 GW of compute load at full build-out, backed by up to 4.6 GW of dedicated natural gas and battery storage generation. Phase 1 covers 785 acres.
