Tachyon 9 and Nixxy are developing the Nakota Data Campus a 620-acre, behind-the-meter AI data center campus in Williams County, North Dakota. The site can scale up to 1 GW, powered by Baker Hughes natural gas turbines using flared Williston Basin gas. Phase 1 (120–150 MW) is targeted for Q2 2027, with Nidar Infrastructure (Yotta Data Services, Hiranandani Group) signed as a 100 MW anchor tenant.
