iMarketAmerica, a subsidiary of iMarketKorea which itself is tied to Samsung Group, has initiated construction of the 212 acre Gradiant Technology Park in Taylor in Williamson County, Texas. The multi-phase development envisions a total of 2.2 million square feet of industrial space encompassing manufacturing, warehousing, R&D and supporting commercial amenities. The first phase will deliver two buildings totaling 350,000 sq ft by the fourth quarter of 2026. The park is strategically aimed at Samsung’s provider base and other technology companies.
