Aterio's latest satellite review confirms site clearing has begun at Fluidstack's Wythe County Campus in Progress Park, Virginia. Fluidstack acquired the Solis Arx project and is developing a single data center on 99 acres, with an expected power demand of approximately 210 MW. Most construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2027.
